Our Arts and Crafts afterschool program focuses on fostering creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression. Through hands-on projects tailored to kids in K-2nd grade, students explore various art mediums and techniques while guided by experienced instructors.
Students in 3rd-5th grade can join the Wednesday 3pm Session for a separate group.
Emphasizing individual expression and exploration, the program encourages confidence and artistic growth. Small group settings create a supportive atmosphere where every idea is celebrated, social skills are practiced, and personal expression is encouraged. Most projects are designed to be achievable in one to three weeks.

Please note that students can sign up for only one session per week.
Mondays (K-2nd) 2:20 pm - 3:35 pm
Tuesdays (K-2nd) 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm
Wednesdays (K-2nd / 3rd-5th) 3:00 pm - 4:15 pm
(extended time available until 5:30pm)
Wednesdays (K-2nd) 4:20 pm - 5:35 pm
Thursdays (K-2nd) 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm
*School Pickup/walking Option only available for Claire Lilienthal Students.
(+ $25 add-on per semester)
What to bring:
Enthusiasm for art and creativity!
A labeled water bottle
[Recommended] Messy-friendly clothes or an old shirt
[For Claire Lilienthal Walking group] “School-safe” snack
What NOT to bring:
Personal toys, games, or electronic devices that may distract other peers
Pick-up Procedure:
Pick-up time begins 15min prior to the end of each session.
Please be mindful of our neighbors by not blocking their driveway or the bus stop. You may use the passenger loading zone across the street, in front of Roosevelt MS, to park your car.
Ring our buzzer (please do not ring other residential units) to access the entrance. We will buzz you in.
If someone else will be picking up your child, please let us know in advance.
Other Notes:
Registration/Material Fee: All enrollments include a non-refundable $75 registration/material fee per semester.
Prorated & Open Enrollment: Students may enroll at any time during the school year! The fee will be prorated accordingly. Contact admin@doran.studio for details.
Monthly Payment Option: A monthly payment plan is available upon request. (Includes about 4% surcharge, plus the non-refundable $75 registration/material fee for the first month of the semester). Contact admin@doran.studio to enroll monthly.
Afterschool program does not offer make-up sessions or credits for missed classes.
